Our Pizzas are made in a high hydration roman style, fermented 36 hours making them light and airy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Our red sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes, caramelized garlic, and fresh herbs; simmered for hours to create the best sauce possible. Each of our pizzas include our house made ricotta that’s finished with a touch of lemon zest and black pepper (excluding vegan). Crafted with care, attention to detail, and excellence in mind, there’s no other pizzas OR PASTAS like ours in town.
